Our challenge was to create an identity system that could carry the ambition of the project, appeal to both local and international investors, and honor the character of the region.

Positioned as a sustainable luxury development, it promised a harmonious blend of modern living, ecological awareness, and cultural resonance. Our challenge was to create an identity system that could carry the ambition of the project, appeal to both local and international investors, and honor the character of the region.



We started by exploring the concept of connectivity
Between land and water, tradition and progress, and the people who would one day call Pluit City home. The final logo features a distinctive monogram that balances strength and elegance. Its structured vertical lines suggest architecture and upward momentum, while the central curve introduces a wave-like motion that reflects the coastal setting and a sense of fluidity.


Color was equally intentional
Drawing from a palette designed to evoke themes of luxury, cultural depth, and ecological sensitivity, we used rich golds, deep reds, and soft earth tones to create a visual experience that is both premium and grounded. These tones resonate strongly with regional influences and global design standards alike.


The brand was extended into a full identity system
Custom patterns, stationery, business cards, and environmental applications. Each touchpoint was crafted to communicate refinement, foresight, and a sense of place. The result is a cohesive brand ready for implementation across signage, print, digital, and built environments.
