China's Number 4 property developer, Sunac, needed a brand for their newest prestige property development.

Sunac A-One needed a brand for their newest prestige property development. The main tower will be the tallest mixed use building complex in the eastern hemisphere measuring a towering 489m vertically into China’s skyline. I travelled to China to fully immerse in the culture of Chongqing to best reveal the vision of the project.

Sunac were seeking an internationally relevant brand for their newest development in Chongqing, China. They reached out to Rob and through a process of intensive marketing analysis collaborated with him to research a of concepts. Finally A-One was decided upon by the Sunac team and the new A-One brand was born. The clients brief was to investigate:

As the A-One emblem took shape Rob pondered how to draw inspiration from the fertile Chongqing valley, nourished as it is by the mighty Yanghtzee river that curves through the landscape.
